This program covers ways to better manage one’s schedule, how to delegate effectively, setting powerful, effective goals, running better meetings (and deciding if one is even necessary!), how to say “no” with tact, and how to manage the deluge of daily digital distractions.

In fact, studies estimate the average American worker loses 37 hours a month to non-productive meetings. 92% of people admit to “multi-tasking” though most research indicates less than 2% of us can do it effectively. The average employee gets an email roughly once every four and a half minutes of the work day. In short, we all have MORE to do and LESS TIME to get it done. Managing our most precious commodity, those 32,400 seconds in an average work day is CRITICAL.

The program is geared for anyone who needs to maximize their day and their performance potential. Frequent audiences include: managers and directors, onboarding groups, new hires, sales professionals, general contributors and high-potential groups.
This program moves in a brisk, efficient half-day session. We try not only to teach but to MODEL the concepts we are teaching. No second is wasted in this skill-packed half day training session.
The ideal group size is 10-32 participants. This session still includes our trademark “active learning” methodology, so larger groups will need adequate space to move about the room.
