Identifying Your Goals
The "who" and the "what".
What are you looking to accomplish with your training? What are the key skills to build and strengthen? Who will we be working with? Managers? Executives? General Contributors? High Potential newer employees?
Let’s begin the process by getting a good idea of WHAT we want to accomplish and WHO we are going to be focusing our efforts.

Hone in on specific challenges and outcomes.
Once we know who we are working with and what skills we are looking to build, let’s dig a little deeper. What are some of the biggest obstacles you are currently facing? Are there any specific situations the team is currently dealing with? Let’s dive deep and develop some realistic case studies to better address the real-life challenges.

Once we have the information and background we need, we’ll get to work on developing a customized and specific training program(s). The finished product will include customized training workbooks for each participant to keep and benefit from following the session.
